This post from Kami Huyse (and its linked successors) look like a pretty good basis for a course to me, but I'm no expert so maybe others who know better could comment and see what needs to be added/taken away?

Hi Dave,
I'll be training other Real Estate agents soon in Social Media. I am a bit of a novice, still, yet will likely have an outline. I am willing to share. Wondering however if kami will be joining the Wiki, or is she keeping the info close to the vest??
