The online world has been abuzz this week with talk of PR people pitching bloggers after Gina Traponi (from the LifeHacker blog) set up the prspammers wiki. Some people - generally on the receiving end of pitches - bemoaned the lack of professionalism of the pitchers, while others - usually PR folks - took a more conciliatory tone.

This post from Kami Huyse (and its linked successors) look like a pretty good basis for a course to me, but I'm no expert so maybe others who know better could comment and see what needs to be added/taken away?
